Ex4bit Service Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the provision of services by the Ex4bit online platform (hereinafter referred to as the Service), which facilitates the exchange and transfer of digital assets between various payment systems and cryptocurrencies.

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their content, and agree to comply with them fully.

All operations on the platform are carried out in automatic or semi-automatic mode through the Ex4bit.com website interface.

2. Nature of Services Provided

The Service provides technical capability for exchange between digital assets, cryptocurrencies and electronic payment systems, without providing investment, financial or consulting services.

The user submits a request through the website interface, specifying exchange parameters and details for crediting funds.

All exchanges are executed exclusively after receipt of funds to the details specified by the Service, and after obtaining the required number of network confirmations on the blockchain.

3. Exchange Terms and Conditions

After submitting a request, the user undertakes to make payment within the time specified on the website.

Request processing begins after actual receipt of funds and their confirmation on the network.

The exchange rate is calculated at the moment of actual crediting of funds, based on current quotes from major exchanges — Binance and Gate.io.

The Service commission is included in the final exchange rate and is displayed before request confirmation.

In case of market rate changes before receipt of funds, the Service reserves the right to recalculate the final amount based on current quotes.

If the user pays an amount different from that specified in the request, the operation may be executed with recalculation or returned by agreement with support.

After the exchange is completed, cancellation or refund is not possible.

4. Obligations of the Parties

Service obligations:

  • ensure correct and timely processing of requests
  • return funds to the user in case of inability to conduct the operation (minus network fees)
  • suspend operations if signs of AML policy violations or suspicious transactions are detected

User obligations:

  • provide accurate data when creating a request, including correct details and contact information
  • use only own funds whose origin does not contradict legislation
  • confirm the source of funds origin when AML/KYC verification is necessary

5. AML and Transaction Verification

All operations on the Ex4bit platform undergo automatic verification in accordance with the internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

If increased risk or suspicion of illegal operations is detected, the request may be suspended pending additional information from the user.

In case of fund blocking by a payment partner or exchange, refund is possible only after official unblocking and completion of full source of funds verification.

6. Liability of the Parties

The Service is not liable for errors made by the user when entering data, as well as for delays and failures in the operation of blockchains, exchanges or third-party payment systems.

The Service does not compensate for losses caused by market rate changes or actions of third parties.

In case of technical work or website updates, the Service operation may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.

The Service's liability is limited to the amount of funds received for a specific request.

7. Changes to Terms and Updates

The Service reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice.

The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Ex4bit.com website.

Continued use of the Service means automatic user consent to the updated terms.

8. Force Majeure

The Service is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including: internet network failures, regulator actions, sanctions, cyberattacks, blockchain forks and other factors beyond the Service's control.

9. Support and Feedback

In case of disputes, the user can contact the support service via online chat or Telegram.

Response is provided in order of queue and within reasonable time, depending on the complexity of the request.
